The Chandipasha community clinic serves eleven villages but had no dedicated delivery room and lost power for several hours daily.
The upgrade adds a maternal care room, a basic diagnostic corner, a solar-plus-battery backup system and a waiting shed. Two additional community health care providers have been requested from the civil surgeon's office.
